PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

• Inform your provider of medications, medical conditions, and prior cosmetic treatments.
• Reschedule if you have active infection, rash, or illness.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

• Avoid touching or massaging treated areas unless instructed.
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
• Avoid excessive heat such as saunas, hot tubs, and hot yoga for 24-48 hours.
• Swelling and bruising are common and typically resolve within several days.
• Contact the clinic if you experience severe pain, discoloration, or unusual symptoms.
